Cut the potato in round shape pieces
Deep fry the potatoes till crispy and color changes slightly
Drain the oil in a tissue paper and keep the fried potatoes separately
In a pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, Curry leaves
Add in the fried potatoes and also add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder and tomato sauce.
Saute and cool for 5 mintes
Aloo katli is ready
