Ingredients

  • Potato 2


  • Chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp for frying


  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  • Urad dal 1/2 tsp


  • Curry leaves 10

Directions

  • Cut the potato in round shape pieces
  • Deep fry the potatoes till crispy and color changes slightly
  • Drain the oil in a tissue paper and keep the fried potatoes separately
  • In a pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, Curry leaves
  • Add in the fried potatoes and also add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder and tomato sauce.
  • Saute and cool for 5 mintes
  • Aloo katli is ready
